HOLIDAYS IN RESTRUCTURED HOUSE IN PICTURESQUE VILLAGE

In 2002, the town house was restored and rebuilt by architects and artists Wolfgang Strauss & Monika Fleischmann. The non-smoker house is to rent! It offers space for 2 - 6 people, friends or families with children. The house has five rooms on 5 floors, each about 20 square meters of living space per floor, with fireplace, balcony and central heating. Parts of the house are over 400 years old. It is located in the midst of Gargnano, a few steps away from the small port with the fish seller, the promenade at Lake Garda and the small beach. The large beach is a 5 min walk, the beach in Villa 10 min. From the balcony you see the passenger ferries arrive and depart - to Riva, Limone, Gardone, Saló, Desenzano.

FERIEN IN RESTRUKTURIERTEM HAUS IN PITTORESKER KLEINSTADT

In 2002 wurde das Stadthaus von den Architekten und Künstlern Wolfgang Strauss & Monika Fleischmann restauriert und umgebaut. Das Nichtraucherhaus ist zu mieten! Es bietet Platz für 2 - 6 Personen, Freunde oder Familien mit Kindern. Das Haus hat fünf Räume auf 5 Etagen, je ca. 20 qm Wohnfläche pro Etage, mit Kamin, Balkon und Zentralheizung. Teile des Hauses sind über 400 Jahre alt. Es befindet sich mitten in Gargnano, wenige Schritte vom kleinen Hafen mit dem Fischverkäufer, von der Promenade am Gardasee und dem kleinen Strand entfernt. Zum großen Strand geht man 5 Min, an den Strand im benachbarten Stadtteil Villa 10 Min zu Fuß. Seepromenade und dem kleinen Strand entfernt. Vom Balkon sieht man die Passagierschiffe ankommen und abfahren - nach Riva, Limone, Gardone, Saló, Desenzano.

The entrance stairway on the ground floor next to the kitchen leads to the fireplace room in the 1st floor or to the balcony. From here three more floors - 1 studio, 2 bedrooms - can be reached by a comfortable spiral staircase. Not suitable for elderly or disabled people. 12 steps lead to the next floor. Don't bring too large pieces of luggage. There is one lockable bedroom in the 3rd floor. The other floors are open to the staircase.

Die Eingangstreppe neben der Küche führt in das Kaminzimmer im 1. Stock oder auf den Balkon. Von hier sind die weiteren drei Stockwerke – 1 Studio, 2 Schlafzimmer - über eine komfortable Wendeltreppe zu erreichen. Für Kleinkinder und gebrechliche Menschen weniger geeignet. Je 12 Stufen führen ins nächste Stockwerk. Bringen Sie keine zu großen Gepäckstücke. Es gibt ein abgeschlossenes Schlafzimmer in der 3. Etage. Die anderen Etagen sind offen zur Treppe.

L'ingresso scalinata accanto alla porta della cucina va nella sala camino nel 1. Piano o sul balcone. Da qui salire gli altri tre piani - 1 studio, 2 camere da letto - con una comoda scala a chiocciola. Non adatto per le persone anziane o disabili. 12 passi per il prossimo piano. Non portare troppi grandi bagagli. Al terzo piano, la camera da letto è da chiudere. Gli altri piani sono aperti.

On the ground floor behind the terrace door is the kitchen with dining table for 6 persons. In the 1th floor is the reading room with chimney and balcony for a small breakfast. In the 2nd floor is the studio with a divan bed (two bunk beds) and toilet. The two top floors (3 and 4) are twin rooms with shower and toilet.

Ground Floor: kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, dining table, 6 chairs, dishes, Italian cafetière (no german coffee machine) and the entrance stairs to the first floor.

EG: Küche mit Herd, Backofen, Kühlschrank, Esstisch, 6 Stühle, Geschirr, ital. Cafetiere (keine deutsche Kaffemaschine) und der Eingangstreppe zum ersten Obergeschoss.

1st Floor: Reading room with TV, fireplace, balcony, reclining sofa, 4 armchairs. Spiral staircase to the 2nd Floor 

1.OG: Kaminzimmer mit TV, Kamin, Balkon, Liegesofa, 4 Sessel. Wendeltreppe zum 2.OG

2nd Floor: Studio/Guestroom with divan bed (two bunk beds), table, 2 chairs, 1 armchair, toilet - view from the studio gallery to the fireplace room.

2.OG: Studio/Gästezimmer mit Liege (2 Stapelliegen), Tisch, 2 Stühle, 1 Sessel, Toilette - Blick von der Studiogalerie zum Kaminzimmer. 

3rd Floor: Bedroom with Corbusier couch, Breuer armchair, double-bed, desk, stool, shower, toilet

3.OG: Schlafzimmer mit Corbusier Liege, Breuer Sessel, Doppelbett, Tisch, Hocker, Dusche, Toilette.

4th floor bedroom with double bed, desk, stool, shower and toilet. Spiral staircase to the future roof terrace.

4.OG Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Tisch, Hocker, Dusche, Toilette. Wendeltreppe zur zukünftigen Dachterasse.

The house is located in the small alley between the pharmacy and the Restaurant Al Miralago, which are both directly on the promenade next to a small parking place.

Das Haus befindet sich in der Gasse zwischen Apotheke und Restaurant Al Miralago, beide direkt an der Promenade Via Zanardelli neben einem kleinen Parkplatz.
